Once you make a purchase online, you will receive a confirmation email showing your order details. Your item/s will be shipped to you within 3-14 business days after receiving the order. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel once it has been dispatched.

 

We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible however these prices are beyond our control as we are dependent on a third party. Therefore while committed to maintaining an affordable service, delivery prices are susceptible to change without prior notice.The website is committed to updating its information in order to remain as accurate as possible.

 

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging with swing tickets and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods if they do not meet these conditions.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.
